Shipping times and costs
Below you will find all the information on shipping rates, delivery times and conditions for orders placed at www.byquokka.com. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Spain and delivered to multiple destinations across Europe.
Order preparation and processing
Once payment has been confirmed, your order is processed and prepared at our warehouse. The standard preparation time is 24 to 72 working hours, although in most cases orders are dispatched within 48 hours.
This timeframe may be affected during periods of high demand, special campaigns or occasional logistics incidents. The delivery time indicated for each zone starts from the moment the order leaves our warehouse, not from the time of payment.

Customs and taxes at destination
For shipments to destinations outside the European Union or to territories with a special tax regime (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, etc.), additional costs may arise in relation to tariffs, local VAT, customs clearance or import handling fees.
If you are unsure about any customs costs that may apply to your country, we recommend checking with your local authorities before placing your order.
Delivery incidents
If you notice any problem when receiving your order, please follow these steps:
If the packaging shows visible damage, note it on the carrier's delivery note before signing for the delivery.
Take photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged contents.
Write to us at info@byquokka.com within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt, including your order number and the photographs.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@byquokka.com with your order number and we will look into it.
Order tracking
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.
If you do not receive the confirmation email within 72 working hours of your purchase, please check your spam folder or get in touch with us.
